DISAster  RELIEF EFFORTS CONTINUE

Church,
Several members of our church traveled to North Carolina to tour the hardest-hit areas with the Chief of the Garren Creek Fire Department in Fairview, NC. The Fire Chief has reached out with specific donation requests, and we know as a church and a community, that we can rise up and help. These donations will go directly to the families living in the mountains. These families are living in tents or together in homes that were left standing, but many are without power.  A beautiful couple, Scott and Stacy Wilson, have offered not only their trailer but their time to drive down and deliver these items for us! We will have their trailer on campus until its departure on October 25. Would you be willing to help us collect the following items? Let's reach our world with the hope and love of God!

Sincerely,
Pastor K.Paul

PRAY

Here are specific ways you can pray:
1. Pray for those recovering from Hurricane Milton.
2. Please be praying for everyone affected by both the Helene and Milton hurricanes.
2. Pray for the volunteers, doctors, first responders, and families who are tirelessly working to save lives, provide relief, and restore hope in the midst of this crisis.
3. Pray that the weather holds and stays clear so that relief and rescue efforts can continue.
4. Pray that through this tragedy, people would be led to the Lord, and that Jesus' name would be lifted up and praised.
5. Pray for the churches in the area.
6. Pray that we would know specific ways we can help, and that the funds, volunteers, and supplies will be available.
7. Be praying and asking God if this might be a way you can go and serve.
8. Pray for our friends with Samaritan's Purse. Help them get the needed supplies and volunteers they need.
9. Pray for our country's leadership.
10. Pray that fuel gets to these areas so relief work can continue.
