When we give back a portion of what God has given to us, we celebrate Jesus’ work in our lives, we reflect his love and generosity to the world, and we help those in need.

How do I give online?
You can make a fast and secure donation online anytime on our website or on our app. This video will show you how.
How are donations processed?
We use Planning Center Giving as our online donation management system. Planning Center Giving uses Stripe (a leading payment processor) to process and store all sensitive information.
Do I need to create an account?
You aren't required to create an account in order to give. However, if you create an account you will be able to see your donation history and give quickly the next time you want to donate.
Is giving secure?
Yes. The information you enter is securely stored through Stripe (a leading online payment provider). No bank account information is stored on avalonmc.com.
What is ACH?
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, which provides a way to donate online without the use of credit or debit cards. This is a bank-to-bank transaction.
If you link your bank account to Planning Center Giving and choose "ACH" when donating, the fee for your gift (no matter how large) is only 30 cents. This will allow Avalon Church to receive more of the money you donate to use in sharing the Gospel!

Can I cover the fee for my donation?
Yes! Before giving a donation you will see a little checkbox indicating how much the fee for the donation will be. If you check the box, your total donation will be increased to include the fee. Thank you for considering this option. (And also consider giving through ACH which is a flat 30 cent fee per transaction!)
Can I set up a recurring donation?
Absolutely! This is a great way to consistently give throughout the year.
You'll see this option when you log in. You can give once a month, once a week, bi-monthly, etc. You can also determine what day your gift is drafted from your account. We encourage you to give through ACH for all recurring donations, which helps to reduce the processing fees we incur.

What other ways can I give?
As always, you can give with cash or check using an envelope (found in the seat back) any Sunday morning. Just drop the envelope in the basket as it's passed by or in one of the giving boxes near the exits.
You can also make a gift of stock. Send us an email and we will send you the information needed to make a stock transfer to Avalon Church.

Are donations to Avalon Church tax-deductible?
Yes! All donations given online or in person are tax-deductible. You will receive a yearly giving statement in January for your information and tax purposes.
