This trip is designed to give families the opportunity to serve together internationally, introducing children to global missions in a meaningful, hands-on way. Parents and children will work side by side, building relationships and learning how God is at work beyond their own culture. On this trip, we prioritize family unity, discipleship, and service.

- Ministry to a Guatemalan orphanage (Village of Hope)
- Emphasis on relationship-building with children and staff
- Hands-on service projects appropriate for families
- Teaching children what it means to serve, love, and engage cross-culturally

Expectations & Work Involved
- Participants will engage in relational ministry, not just projects
- Some physical work may be involved
- Flexibility is essential due to ministry schedules and cultural context

Required Understandings & Commitments
All participants must initial their understanding of the following:
- Financial Commitment:
- $2,000 per family member, fully raised by July 1
- $250 per person submitted by end of February
- Pre-Trip Participation:
- Willingness to be involved in required pre-trip meetings and preparation, as determined by trip leaders
- Behavior & Facility Guidelines:
- Village of Hope is a non-smoking facility
- Housing is separate men’s and women’s dorms
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent of the same gender
- Flexibility:
- Understanding that ministry contexts require adaptability and grace
